Overall Application

When you connect an iPhone to the Car Audio (Display Audio's Head Unit) via USB cable or Wireless connection. Apple CarPlay is automatically initiated. You can use the Apple CarPlay on Car Audio which is compatible of a phone call, Music, Maps, Siri and access Messages.

Note

1. Apple CarPlay wireless connection available on some vehicle model/grade, please contact dealer for more information.

2. Apple CarPlay may disconnect from unexpected cause, the reconnecting mechanism will be proceeded automatically. If the reconnecting doesn't complepted, please press CarPlay icon on home screen.

3. Once CarPlay is active, the Bluetooth connection is unable to use

iAuto Remote Control allows users to control Head Unit (Car Audio) on iPhone side. Users can play or pause current track, track up, track down, volume up, volume down, change media source or back of car audio native feature and go home.

Note

1. The Bluetooth Remote Application is not available when Apple CarPlay connected.

Interruption of WebLink

• Switch to another media source - When switched to another media source from Car Audio's WebLink screen. WebLink will be always disconnected.
• Lock Screen - When the smartphone's screen locked while using WebLink, the Car Audio will automatically disconnect WebLink application.
• WebLink will be disconnected if you access any URLs by iAuto WebBrowser apps which the other Apps are linked to.
• Bluetooth Pop-Up - When connect WebLink, Bluetooth is required to connect and always show the Pop-Up screen (Notices user to connect bluetooth).

• Drive safely and obey traffic rules. Operating the Car Audio while driving can lead to a serious accident. Check surroundings for safety. Read safety instructions in your Owner's Manual.

• Do not leave the smartphone in the car. In particular, high temperatures inside the vehicle may damage the smartphone.
• Do not push down on or apply unnecessary pressure to the smartphone while it is connected as this may damage the smartphone or its terminal.
• Do not insert foreign objects into the smartphone as this may damage the smartphone or its terminal.
