Why does SmartAppCar not appear after my Android smartphone is connected to the car audio system?

Is the SmartAppCar installed on your Android smartphone?: Refer to "Preparation" and then install the SmartAppCar on your Android smartphone.
Your device may not be compatible with this system.: Refer to "Compatible Model List" and check whether your device is a compatible model.

Why does synchronization between SmartAppCar and the car audio system fail?

Please check the connection between your Android smartphone and the car audio system. See "Connecting to This System".

Why does "Because of Smartphone link settings, iPhone link using HDMI cannot be used." appear after my Android smartphone is connected to the car audio system?

The smartphone link setting is wrong. Please refer to "Setting Smartphone Link on Car Audio System".

Why does SmartAppCar not show my language?

If SmartAppCar does not support the language set in your Android smartphone, it shows English. For supported languages, please check "Setting the Language of Your Android Smartphone".
